"We used to live in Vancouver in the mid 1990s, then moved north. When we started RVing in 2007 with our family of 4, we saw this as the perfect alternative to bombarding family and allowing us to have our own space.
Are you a "country club" type? This park is definitely for you (and everyone else!) BCRV is a premium RV spot (and we've been to many luxury places!) It is pristine, friendly, gorgeous and convenient. It is a park that has set the standard very high. It's so fabulous, some people even live there for large portions of the year.
Trouble backing your unit up - no problem! Where else will you ever find VALET RV PARKING and an on-site RV Wash Bay to remove all those bugs from your rig??? And with stamped concrete pads that look like tile work and immaculate hedges and grassy areas, levelling your unit has never been easier!
The Clubhouse has almost everything you could want or need (including souvenirs) from grocery items to RV parts The pool is awesome as are the public bathroom/shower-houses - and yes they have door codes so you can feel secure. If you need quick access to public transit - its right there. If you need RV supplies (including propane!) it is available. For day adventures, there are lots of things to do and see nearby - including fun bike trails. For restocking and cleaning up before your departure, the laundry facilities are second to none! COSTCO and Safeway plus the Lougheed Mall are within 10 minute drive if you need to get more groceries or do a little shopping. It is the perfect get-away within a major metropolis center - an absolute gem!
